Enhance Client Loyalty, Boost Clinic Revenue, and Empower Your Staff to Be the Heroes—
Elevate Your Pet Advocacy Strategy
Implementing Quality-of-Life Appointments Led by Support Staff
We train your staff with on-going support and mentorship - giving your often undervalued veterinary team the chance to achieve greater job satisfaction through meaningful impact.
We can all agree that the current standards for guiding pet parents through end-of-life care need significant improvement.
The standard of care for guiding clients is failing to prepare pet parents for critical decisions, minimize suffering, and avoid emergency euthanasia. Many clients are not taught to notice early signs of distress in their pets or understand disease progression, leading to the experience of a “sudden” and drastic decline.
The Gentle Journey Method was designed to help veterinarians, pet support services, and pet parents work together to best advocate for the wellbeing of all pets.
